2012 has been one the best and most memorable years of my life! I am sad to see it go but i know 2013 will be just as good to us! I was hoping to keep this post short and sweet (since i have so much to do today!) but as i got to writing it and looking at old pictures I decided i would post a bit more and share some highlights from this past year.
Of course top of the list is Giving birth to my sweet baby boy! He has added so much joy and love to our lives and although he came as a surprise to us having him has been the best thing we could ever imagine!
Also This past year i got to spend so much time with my family back east, we went from seeing each other just once a year to me being able to fly out there several times and they came here a few times as well!
David and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary this past October! I cant believe we have been married 4 years already! The time goes by so quickly. I am so thankful for this guy. He is so good to kyler and I ! I am so thankful we always work through everything and i have seen our relationship grow tremendously this past year. I am looking forward to many more years together!
Ive gotten to see some of my closest friends from out of state, and made some great memories with those close by as well!
and i just have to add this ...I got a MAC !! Yes that was a highlight in 2012! I have been wanting one for soo long and My husband surprised me with it for my birthday back in august!
Thank you 2012 for being so good to us! It's been a fantastic year and im so thankful for all the blessings God has given me! I hope you all have a safe and happy new year!
xoxo

HOLIDAY PICTURES FROM OUR TRIP TO PENNSYLVANIA
We did a lot of baking. My sweet dad got me roses. We had a wine/cheese and craft party with the ladies in our family. Kyler cuddled with his great grammy. We went to Peddlers Village and looked at the lights (poor sick little kyler was not having it, so we didnt stay long). We spent a lot of time with the family. My mom and dad with there grandsons.

I'LL BE HOME FOR CHRISTMAS
I hope all of you had a great christmas! We sure did, we were finally able to make it to the east coast this year for christmas! After 4 1/2 years of being married we have never been able to spend a holiday back east with my family, mostly due to me not being able to get off work. Well this year since i am now a stay at home mom we were able to go and we have been having the best time! I thought i would share some pictures from christmas eve and christmas day.
On christmas eve we took a nice walk at the lake near my parents house. We saw a bunch of deer and a beautiful fox! Sadly i didnt get a picture of them because i didnt have my zoom lense with me but here is a few shots from our walk. .
Than we played scrabble and ordered some Chinese food (i dont know how this tradition started but we have been ordering chinese food on christmas eve for as long as i can remember!)
I wanted to start a tradition with kyler this year so i decided to let him open one present on christmas eve (something i always begged my parents to let me do and they never did!)
Than It started snowing so we took a nice walk around my parents neighborhood!
We put out cookies for santa
When we woke up there were presents everywhere!
We opened gifts...
Took a picture with my brother and his family
Kyler cuddled with his great grand mom
We ate a HUGE breakfast
Than we drank coffee, relaxed and got ready to have some family over for dinner and games! We enjoyed a few rounds of the new catch phrase ! All in all it was a great christmas, probably the best ever!
How was your Christmas? Did you start any new traditions?
