LIFE VIA THE CAMERA ROLL

Some phone pictures from the week ...

Kyler ate a banana (not pureed!), We picked up some goodies at Ulta (not needed! but hey there was a coupon), We drank lots of starbucks (just me, well maybe him to since im still nursing), I broke my favorite anthropologie sugar jar (so sad!!), WE MADE IT TO CHURCH! (and small group!), I got my new camera lens in the mail (so excited!!)

We took lots of pictures together! Love my little man!

MY MOMS ZUCCHINI BREAD

Zucchini has easily become a favorite in this house hold! We put it in everything we can! I just love it. I wanted to share with you my moms zucchini bread recipe! This is a great Breakfast bread. It tastes great just by itself or warmed up with a little butter on top!

You will need ...

2 eggs

1 cup of shredded zucchini (i usually use one whole medium sized zucchini)

1/2 cup of canola oil

1tsp vanilla

1 cup of sugar

1 1/2 cups of flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

3/4 tsp nutmeg

Heat oven to 350

Spray Loaf pan

In a large bowl beat eggs with mixer until foamy. Stir in shredded Zucchini, canola oil and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and mix by hand with a wooden spoon. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.

OUR FIRST REAL CHRISTMAS TREE

The past couple years we have used a fake tree and every year i have wanted to get a real tree and finally this year we did! I mentioned before our cottage is extremely tiny! With many doors and big windows, this place has been a challenge to decorate ! I'm constantly moving things around to make it more functional for us, So The fact that we were able to fit a Christmas Tree in here still baffles me ! But some how we did it and we love it!

SATURDAY STROLL

We decided to go for a little nature stroll over the weekend to find some pinecones for a christmas project, sadly this park had none but we left with some great pictures!

The lighting was to pretty to pass up so we sat our little guy in the field and took some pictures!

WINTER DECOR

I thought it would be fun to do a room tour of our little cottage and the holiday decorations i put up this year! This is my wintery rustic room and the room we will be putting the christmas tree =) I had to go pretty simple since our place is so so small, but here is the dinning room! I'll put up more pictures after we get the tree!
